With 50 years of friendship and collective experience, Barbara and Michael are excited to resurrect this neighborhood store. Barbara's years of owning and managing Flo's Deli combined with Michael's culinary skills are the perfect union of business and artistry. Mike, a master chef, developed his love of the kitchen in one of the most prestigious restaurants in Princeton NJ. Mike then sharpened his culinary skills in the the Big Easy.
